Fundamentals
The fundamentals course is designed for beginners and new members to gain experience in the nine foundational movements needed to perform a CrossFit workout with the correct technique and constancy. This course is an easy way to ease clients into the CrossFit methodology while also improving their fitness levels straight from the start. Your safety is a top priority at Fosse Way CrossFit, therefore during Fundamentals we will focus on Mechanics, Consistency and Technique. Fundamentals will consist of 3, 1 on 1 sessions lasting 1.5 hours over a period of 2 weeks. On completion of these sessions you will then be able to move into any CrossFit session.
A completed fundamentals course is required before access can be granted to our main classes. If you have prior CrossFit experience please don’t hesitate to contact our head trainer to discuss our fast tracking option.
